    I like to support small Black-owned businesses when I can. Some things I purchase just sit with no use, and others things are beneficial. I preordered Mind over Matter. This is definitely a book/journal I can benefit from. Each of the 21 days has a different focus. It really helps you think about yourself, your feelings, and your actions each day. The “To Don’t List” cracked me up at first, but I absolutely love this part. It helps me to not think about and make the negatives a focus.

    I have purchased this book three times: One to have signed by the author because I am IN LOVE with this Mindfulness Journal, one to gift, and one to actually write in.
    What I love most about this Journal and what makes it different is that each day a new prompt for journaling and reflecting and applying self love are different! Most books are copy and paste of the same one page over and over. This book gave me 21 days to put my mind over whatever else didn’t matter 💛
